Responsibilities include supporting rodent-based neuroscience studies through animal handling and monitoring, assisting with stereotaxic surgeries and brain organoid transplantation procedures, performing tissue collection and histological processing, conducting immunohistochemical staining and imaging, and preparing samples for advanced molecular analyses, including single-cell and single-nucleus sequencing.
