Post Renal Transplant Coordinator
Position SummaryMust have 3 years experience as an RN, Arizona or compact license (must transfer to Az within 90 days), BSN and active BLS by AHA. Prefer experience working with Pediatrics in a renal/transplant setting, but not mandatory.Will work alongside 3 physicians, 3 other coordinators with specific assigned duties and 2 MA’s.Daily tasks will include communicating and coordinating for pre/post transplant patients and will include doing their own lab and port draws. Schedule is flexible 4/10’s will be considered (7am-5pm/Monday-Friday)The Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CTC) is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a designated member of the transplant multidisciplinary team with primary responsibility to coordinate and ensure
