We are seeking a Clinical Director for Advanced Practice Providers with our Orthopedic service line. This position will provide leadership to the advanced practice provider teams in our hospitals and clinics across the Indianapolis Metro region.
The Orthopedic service line at IU Health is a progressively growing service across the Indy Metro area offering a complete coverage of musculoskeletal conditions at all primary IU Health locations. Our advanced provider workforce is an integral part of our overall practice playing key roles in access to care, through new patient volumes, established patient care, inpatient rounding, and wit assisting in surgical procedures. APP practice models will vary across sites and subspecialty areas within the service line, with the primary goal of building strong patient care teams with doctors, APPs, and support staff team members.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Position will include administrative and clinical duties and responsibilities
Outpatient and Inpatient responsibilities will vary
Lead a team of 35 advanced practice providers
Qualifications:
ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification required
At least 8 years of experience practicing in Orthopedics required
Provider leadership and management experience required
Seeking a dedicated provider with a thorough communication style, personable and empathetic personality, and who is disciplined in their work
