Internal Posting 3/7/24 to 3/20/24Head Nurse (N3)Summary - Under the supervision of a higher level professional nurse, incumbents of this position are responsible for the planning of nursing care, staff development, staffing patterns, implementation and maintenance of standards of practice, departmental philosophy and overall hospital objectives, on a 24-hour basis.
