The Queen's Health System is seeking an experienced Stroke APRN with prior experience working in a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma Center to join its team in Honolulu, Hawaii. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with Independent Patient Assessments, the ability to formulate a plan of care with minimal attending oversight managing acute stroke codes, post day 1 stroke patients, as well as have some experience reviewing basic neurological imaging. This is an opportunity to practice top-of-license at a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma Center serving patients throughout the state of Hawaii.
- Full-time position with no call responsibilities
- Schedule includes six 13-hour shifts every two weeks
- Group open to shifts either rotating 50/50 between days and nights or nights-only
- Familiarity with Independent Patient Assessments required
- Experience with basic neurological imaging is preferred
- Seeking either ACNP or AGACNP board certification
