Position SummarySeeking an experienced Bone Marrow Transplant RN that will work with nurses, providers and staff commited to providing Bone Marrow Transplant treatment to children. This position is a support role to help cover PTO, vacations, and scheduling gaps. This RN will be cross trained and float in all areas of BMT including Pre/Post transplant and immunology.This position will work in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards.
