The Licensed Practical Nurse - Community Clinic Float will be closely supervised when providing safe, effective care to patients/residents. The incumbent has basic knowledge and skills necessary for a concentrated effort and is somewhat independent in carrying out standardized procedures of limited complexity. The incumbent is responsible to deliver fundamental, knowledge-based care to assigned patients while developing technical competencies.
