The Receptionist is the first impression that the outside public and our business partners will have when contacting Conifer or visiting our corporate headquarters. Conifer is currently seeking a Receptionist to be the front-line representative of the company. A qualified candidate has a professional welcoming demeanor and provides prompt courteous assistance to each internal and external contact whether in person or on the phone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Provides excellent customer service by welcoming guests by greeting them professionally. Provides prompt and courteous assistance to each guest; internal or external. Notifies employees of guests to be escorted to the appropriate location.
Partners with the security guard to ensure appropriate guest access to the building by following registration and notification procedures
Professionally and courteously answers corporate telephone; routes/transfers incoming calls to appropriate party.
Monitors reception area, lobby and Client Conference Center to ensure readiness for guests ensure a safe and clean meeting space
Assist HR and Travel & Expense team with projects and special requests
Helps with coordination and preparation of prospective client visits and tours.

High School Diploma, some college or equivalent required
5+ years general corporate office experience, prior guest services background preferred
