:Under the direction of a management council member, plans, organizes, directs, and supervises department programs. Ensures service excellence development, personnel management, and resource allocation and control. Assumes direction of participation in special projects as needed. Coordinates hospital-wide compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsible for designing, implementing, coordinating, and providing Hospital orientation / training programs, in-services, education, and other educational programs for development of all hospital and nursing staff.
